Present voucher before placing orders.
Not valid for online purchases (Home Fiesta products, Bellygood, delivery platforms etc).
Not valid in conjunction with TungLok Membership Privileges (earn & redeem rebates and/or e-vouchers) as well as banquets (or more than 30 persons).
Not exchangeable for cash. Any unused value will be forfeited.
Valid for use up to validity date as stated and strictly no extension of validity date.
Not valid if found to be tampered with, lost, torn or damaged.
Management reserves the right to change T&C without prior notice and its decision shall be final.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TUNGLOK VOUCHER?
You can purchase TungLok e-Voucher or physical voucher via www.tunglok.com. (You cannot use a TungLoke-Voucher/physical voucher to purchase TungLok e-Voucher/physical voucher.)
CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TUNGLOK E-VOUCHER ONLINE IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION?
Yes, you are required to enter the total amount of voucher you wish to purchase and select your choice of denominations. Vouchers are available in $10 / $25 / $50.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS THAT CAN BE USED?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, AliPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay as well as PayNow.

Unfortunately, cancellation, refund and/or amendment to the order cannot be done once the purchase is made.
CAN I BUY TUNG LOK E-VOUCHER FOR MYSELF?
Yes, you can. Simply select your intention of purchase as ‘self indulgence’ when you SHOP with us. Upon completion of the purchase, an email will be delivered to you. Follow the instructions in your email to activate and retrieve your e-voucher.
CAN I BUY TUNG LOK E-VOUCHER FOR SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can. Simply select your intention of purchase as ‘as a gift’ when you SHOP with us, enter recipient details and a text message. Upon completion of the purchase, an email will be delivered to the recipient. The recipient will follow the instructions in the email to activate and retrieve his/her e-voucher.
CAN I BUY TUNG LOK VOUCHER IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION AND SEND IT TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS?
Yes, you can. Simply select your intention of purchase as ‘as a gift’ when you SHOP with us. Enter the first recipient’s details, text message and select the preferred voucher amount and denomination for your first recipient. Click “Add recipient” to send it to the second recipient and repeat the process.
AM I ENTITLED TO MY REBATES OR REDEMPTION OF TL$ IF I AM A MEMBER OF TUNGLOK GROUP?
No, TL$ cannot be used to purchase vouchers. When purchasing or redeeming vouchers, members will also not earn TL$.
CAN I GET CHANGE IN VOUCHERS IF I DO NOT SPEND THE FULL AMOUNT?
Vouchers must be used in full. Any unutilised amount of the voucher will not be refundable and shall be forfeited.
CAN I REQUEST FOR THE PHYISCAL VOUCHER TO BE DELIVERED?
Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery. Physical voucher must be self-collected at TungLok HQ (26 Tai Seng Street) based on your preferred date & time.
CAN I TRANSFER THE VOUCHER TO SOMEONE?
TungLok Voucher is not transferrable.
